Another course for leaders which has  as its focus the productivity formula, its factors, and the manipulation of these factors.

A workshop-type course for leaders which uses the production reports as the primary materials for the participants to analyze, point out items that merit attention, and come up with action plans to address identified red flags.

A course for leaders which shall acquaint them with the basics statistical principles involved in setting targets, reading the spread of data, and reacting to the information on the report.

These online orientations (Intellicare and ComPsych) are available to newly hired ADEC employees who are HMO-eligible as well as to current HMO cardholders.

To successfully finish this course, you must complete both the Intellicare and ComPsych orientations.
