Welcome, LIT Participant!
This is our space for our Development Coaching activities. Think of this as your space to GROW. Together we'll work on defining your Goals, identifying your current Realities, naming your Opportunities, and paving the Way Forward to achieving your goals.
For the duration of the Leaders In Transition (LIT) program, you will undergo 2 development coaching sessions with your HR Business Partner and/or Program Adviser.
