- Discern what items are to be scrutinized in a particular report
- Exhibit a marked improvement from baseline skill in terms of assessing the critical items of a report

Accountability and Taking Ownership
- Be aware of accountability traits
- Express in the post-exercise discussions how a leader with accountability is supposed to behave in certain production contexts
- Identify the top three productivity blockers in their team and proposed action plans of permanently addressing them

Sense of Urgency
The course provides the learners the knowledge on the difference of false and true sense of urgency. Fundamental ways on how to create and recreate a true sense of urgency mindset are discussed.
