This initiative aims to make it efficient to collate the quarterly submission of the Performance Summary.
Here's what you need to do.
- Ensure that your saved file is password protected.
- Click the Acknowledgement Statement and answer the acknowledgement statement. (We are putting this as an additional reminder that the file should be password protected.)
- Click Upload the Performance Summary File link and click Add Submission button.
- Drag and drop the file on the uploading field or click the arrow button and a file picker box will pop out. Click Choose File and locate the file to be uploaded and hit Upload this File. Click Save Changes to complete the submission.
- Send the password to hr.od@amdatex.com with the subject line - Q4 Performance Summary | (Name of Department). Example: Q4 Performance Summary | HR OD
- HR OD will be responding to your email to acknowledge receipt of the password.
Please note that only HR OD will be able to access the file that's why it is important to put a password to your file.
