TNA for Building Team Spirit
Team Building is a process of turning a group of individual contributing employees into a cohesive team - a group of people organized to work together to meet the needs of their customers by accomplishing their purpose and goals.
In this TNA, we would like to know how we can best design a Team Building Program that is applicable to our WFH set up and can be facilitated virtually.
To make sure we are able to address the need for this team building program, we would like to ask you to answer a quick survey to help us in the design.
There will be 2 sets of survey questions based on 2 perspectives.
1. You as a facilitator of a a team building activity - what you want to learn when you will be attending a training on "How to Facilitate a Virtual Team Building".
2. As a leader of your team - what results do you want to achieve for your team after attending a training on "Building Team Spirit"
